Sector experience includes mining and resources, infrastructure, energy, and urban development. Bob is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has held board positions as Chairman, CEO and COO for ASX and private companies.

Fernando Careri

Fernando has 35 years of international experience in environmental, global transport infrastructure, urban development, energy, resources and waste management sectors. He has held Chair and board roles on ASX listed companies and has key skills in strategy, governance, leadership, project program management and change management.

Phil Hoarebury

Phil is an engineer with over 30 years' experience in engineering management, design and project delivery spanning 3 continents. He has worked in a range of sectors including resources, heavy infrastructure, transportation and energy. His strengths lie in innovation, strategy, sustainability focussed whole-of-life process re-engineering, contract procurement and planning.
